Discuss and brainstorm mentoring programs for students, opportunities for commercialization and transfer of technologies. Chart a long term path towards creating an environment for innovation - creating opportunities and sustaining ideas; supporting individual and teams of inventors and entrepreneurs; building a network for financing and investment. \
